These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Geoflow’s websites and software platform. By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using Geoflow, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being treated as final.
1. The service
Geoflow provides tools for managing survey and engineering workflows, including projects, coordinates, clients, plans, verification features, and related collaboration. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and account permissions.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account.
- Firm owners/administrators are responsible for users they invite and for data entered into the workspace.
- We may require surveyor KYC or professional verification for certain trust features. Providing false verification information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Geoflow for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
- Upload malware, scrape the service without permission, or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Misrepresent project, coordinate, client, or professional credentials.
- Interfere with other customers’ use of the platform or reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of project data, coordinates, client records, documents, and other content you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant Geoflow a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and NDPR Compliance / DPA statement.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your order form. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. We may change prices with notice for renewals. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Intellectual property
Geoflow and its logos, software, documentation, and design remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). These Terms do not transfer ownership of Geoflow IP to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
7. Third-party services
The platform may integrate with maps, payments, email, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services. Geoflow is not responsible for third-party outages outside our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimers
Geoflow is a productivity and records platform. It does not replace professional surveying judgement, statutory filing requirements, or licensed professional responsibility. Outputs (including plans, reports, and coordinates) should be reviewed by qualified professionals before official use. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geoflow and its directors, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid to Geoflow for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Geoflow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends; we will handle Customer Data according to the Privacy Policy and any applicable deletion/export requests.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
